VMRC issues Comprehensive Oyster Management Plan
The Chesapeake Bay Program has released for public comment - through January 15th, 2003 a draft Comprehensive Oyster Management Plan. It provides a general framework and specific guidance for a strategic, coordinated, multi-partner effort to rebuild and manage native oyster populations in Chesapeake Bay.
